740E VERTICAL SPIN TRIMMER

DESIGNED FOR THE PET STRETCH BLOW AND SPIN TRIMMER PROCESS

The model MTM 740E is the high volume leader of spin trimmers. Specifically designed for the PET stretch blow and spin trimmer process. The 740E is engineered and built to the same high quality as our world proven MTM 740 vertical spin trimmer. The MTM 740E can spin trim PET up to 63mm – 83mm necks. With a capacity of over 250 containers per minute and options to meet most any production needs, this is the spin trimmer of choice for high capacity, low-downtime lines. The heavy duty frame supports upgraded main drive components, variable speed ½ HP motor and drive, bottle jam detection system, light tower with audible alarm, casters, infeed and discharge backup photo eyes and automatic blade guard that allows quicker clearing of bottles and enhanced safety.
